Very happy with the service I received for a recent filling. Very Clean and modern center, the dentist provided excellent service and was not pushing additional services compared to some other dentists. Overall very happy and will return for future check ups. Thank you!

I will be keeping this anonymous, but I did come in for one appointment and it felt very rushed. Despite cancelling my next appointment, I was called daily by rude and confused receptionists pressuring me to come in. Receptionists need better training, kept excusing poor customer service for being new, which was used for months. They just came across as money hungry and disorganised, very unprofessional. Don't bother going here.

I wouldnt suggest going there, my son cannot chew any food for 6 weeks, he had his wisdom teeth removed ,he now requires an oral surgery due to their negligence, I have to cook soup for 6 weeks till his gums heal, for oral surgery another 4 weeks. The dentist who operated him, sent shakes to him apologising but nothing can be done no compensation, I am taking legal action

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Thanks to crystal smile dental team.

Very unprofessional team . Zero customer care.Very Unhygienic place . The performer Touching everywhere with sterile gloves . Opening sterlie instrument with dirty Gloves. Very rude as well . very disappointed. wished we had gone somewhere else.The way you reply shows how arrogant , rude andyou are . Even if you were disposable gloves you were touching everywhere with that dirty gloves . You were touching all those sterile instruments with the dirty gloves . After the treatment the treatment the condition got worse than before and you want us to pay for same treatment again and again . If you cant do you job properly you should have told us that you you could not do it . we could have gone somewhere else .

A very clean environment, new modern equipments ,very friendly staff open with explanations of what needs to be done ahead of procedures, very reasonable charges even happy to give discounts, i have already seek their services 3 times and won't hesitate to recommend anyone who needs dental services, Crystal dental is the place to go, you won't regret

Edited!!Very bad workmanship and service! My dad got new dentures from this place mid year last year and paid 100% deposit upfront, still didn't get it until after 3 months but after 3 months of using it, it's already broken and this place is saying the denture can't be fixed anymore and will need to purchase a new one. How can you trust this business! Would not recommend at all and would stay away from this place!Edited as I couldn't reply to the owner's response:I just confirmed with my dad and he said the first dentures that was used was rubber type but the dentist who worked on him somehow didn't get it right so they used nylon the second time but still didn't manage to get it right as it's already broken after 3 months? Why did the dentist use a different type of material? Maybe to cut cost? And if you're saying that the material is not repairable, why was it recommended in the first place? Please explain?

Worst place to visit. I don't recommend anyone to visit this place.What discount you are talking about?We paid you $46+$95+$360 =$501 for the job you couldn't do it properly.When complained and gave you the bad review you guys are crying like a baby.People who are here for the review mark my words this place is not good for service. There are other closer place where I think you get good service.
