One of the staff members today were completely rude and unhelpful when I was looking for waterproof pants, she obviously didnt want to work today. If you don't like your job, move on love.

I bought a picnic set for my daughters birthday present and its really good. They have a great range of gift idea's as well as the usual out door stuff. As a senior I get a pretty good discount, so all you oldies go in and have a look

Great specialty store with quality products. The shoes last for ages. If you're going to somewhere cold you can buy suitable clothes all year, but plenty of warm weather clothes too. They have a loyalty program which gives discounts.

Love this place. Always great service here. I get the idea that the staff genuinely like their jobs.. also, I love what Kathmandu are doing at the moment in relation to environmentally sustainable clothes and other products. I feel like they're really leading the way on this front and I'll always be happy to spend my money here to support them. Awesome products too..

Was in Kathmandu, Erina today to get the broken clip on my bag replaced.I was helped by a lovely lady named Cassandra. She was really helpful and accommodating. Customer Service at it's best! Thank you for your help! My bag is all fixed and good as new!

They a great shop for hiking , traveling, snow and camping gear with amazing jackets and boots and other clothing. This place is very expensive nothing is even close to cheap, but it is very good quality and you are getting what you pay for here.
