Adept Air Conditioning
No show for the appointment which I took time off work for. When I called to ask for an update on arrival time, the staff Mayer was frustrated and rude. No acknowledgment of the issue. No apology. And when I asked for when I could expect a reschedule I was told they had no idea, It was after 3 so their technicians had all gone. If you value your own time and courteous service, best to avoid this group.

Worst customer service. Like the other reviewer, no show on the day. Ended up calling upon second notice to see if I have to book a time as that was the case with first notice without mentioning such info. Lady staff on the phone kept telling you need to be at home" and hung up. Very inappropriate behaviour."
