When I first started coming to Nicky I virtually had no eyebrow hair, after being guided by her with her product knowledge she recommended a lash serum - Eye Envy. At first I was a bit hesitant as had tried some before... This is truly amazing. After getting a brow sculpt every 4ish weeks and using this serum I'm finally getting the hair back :-).Nicky is very professional and has excellent customer service. Highly recommended

Nicky is so professional and does an amazing job with attention to detail.I get a lash lift and tint and also a hybrid dye brow sculpt. Nicky uses great quality products as they last really well. I am just going through eyebrow tattoo removal here (tattoo done elsewhere) and Nicky will be redoing my brows.... Just had my brows done for the first time by Nicky and absolutely love them! I have alopecia so my brows naturally have large gaps, but Nicky managed to get an amazing shape and fill them in with hybrid dye - they look perfect. Honestly so thrilled by my new brows!

I have been using Nicky for my eye brows now for about 6 years. Nicky has micro bladed my brows after having not much at all from over plucking and not knnowing how to shape them properly. The results were amazing. I was worried about the pain but the numbing cream did the trick and she was so careful and professional from the very first consultation right through the process and aftercare follow ups. I now see Nicky regularly for touch ups and shaping. I honestly wouldnt see anyone else for my brows! Thanks Nicky you are the BEST!

I’m happy to take down my review if you honour my refund request given the three failed treatments and findings of an external brow artist identifying improper pigment choice for my specific skin tone and inadequate depth/technique for male skin as the reason for my unsatisfactory results with your service. Thank youI feel out of place leaving this feedback given all of Nicky’s other glowing reviews. They were the reason I chose to go with Nicky to get permanent powder brow tattoos.Unfortunately, after three separate brow tattooing appointments with 6 weeks of healing in between each, I’m really dissatisfied by the results and would appreciate a refund.The pigment didn’t retain at all from my first two treatments and Nicky believed that this was because of my immune system rejecting the pigment during healing, so after a third and final attempt to try and build even the slightest colour, I felt really disappointed especially after spending around $900 with little to show for it.Nicky was lovely to interact with and was thorough with her aftercare instructions, which I made sure to follow exactly as prescribed. During the third appointment, however, it felt really rushed and I walked out with smears of ink still on my forehead.I have since gone to another brow artist to get a second opinion for powder brow tattoos and to see if it really is my immune system that was to blame as Nicky suggested.The new artist identified firstly that the limited colour that was present on my skin was the incorrect tone and appeared dark gray rather than the dark brown that I was hoping for. Secondly, the depth that was used by Nicky when tattooing my brows was also inadequate, which is why the pigment wasn’t retained.Thankfully, the new artist was able to perform the tattooing with an appropriately matched pigment and an adequate depth unlike the service Nicky provided and I am very happy with the results of my first treatment and am relieved to have defined dark brown brows still going strong after 10 weeks.It’s regrettable that Nicky never offered me a refund for my failed treatments as the fault was with her technique and instead she blamed my immune response during the healing process on the poor results.Hopefully this review helps people looking for powder tattoo brows to be more informed with what is and isn’t to be expected from a capable brow tattoo artist. Thank you

Nicky is amazing! Since first going to her 12 months ago, my brows have never shaped or complimented my face better. People are always complimenting them and I'm so grateful I found her. Aside from how natural and talented Nicky is, her nature, professionalism, trained eye and energy is second to. She gives you the time you deserve, that you will be 150% comfortable and have full trust in her. I can not recommend Brows and Beyond by Nicky Broadway enough xx
