Hair Colosseum

I’d finally saved enough to get my hair done and was so excited as staff seemed friendly at first. But I walked away with chemical burn on the back of my neck and also a damaged $150 jumper. My hair was not even the blonde colour I had asked, more orange. And there are patches of brown.I had to take 2 days off work following due to the burn.I was in the salon for 4hrs for a full head of foils. I sat in the chair multiple times without attendance. A 20min treatment turned into 1hr10mins sitting at the basin with cold dripping water. There was no hair massage with the shampoo and conditioner. After noting the salon was full and staff where limited they kept taking more people in and we waited longer to be finished.This was indeed one of the worse experiences I’ve had, I left in tears and while I’m sure the chemical burn was seen, nothing was said.How is this fair?

I don’t typically go to hair dressers due to prior experiences with other establishments but today I walked into this store after a bad home hair cut. I gave them free rein to do whatever they needed to do to fix it and I couldn’t be happier. I was not judged nor did I feel embarrassed. I don’t write reviews but I just felt the need to today. I am very thankful for the service I was provided and I will definitely be recommending this place and I will be returning for sure.

My daughter went into the salon at Blacktown yesterday as she had put a treatment in her hair they had tangled her hair into a mattered mess the lovely staff in this salon took time care and effort for six hours to untangle her hair so that she would not have her hair shaved off.Everyone had a turn to try and unmatt my daughter’s hair with gentleness and kindness. in the end my daughter had her hair slightly shorter but in one piece she was very happy and very very satisfied !what amazing staff thank you from our hearts.

I went in today for a simple hair cut , since my last cut was 2 years ago.I just wanted a long bob , shaped around my face with a side fringe.I had one person do the bob cut, then another person tried to do the side fringe , but she was so rude! After I explained that I wanted it to sit above my eyebrows, she still cut it to my check bone . She quickly took off the cape and said “ that’s it , you’re done”, and quickly walked away.I then had to sit there and wait until someone came back to me after I tried getting their attention. Other customers could see that I wasn’t happy and that I wanted my hair cut to be shorter.A lovely blonde lady then cane over to check if everything was alright. She then fixed my hair and had to recheck the hair cut as it was uneven.I wouldn’t recommend this place as senior staff is rude and it took 3 people to cut my hair.

I asked that my girls have their hair braided, this is what I paid for. The lady who done my eldest daughters hair did a great job, but the guy that did my youngest girls hair may need to re-do his apprenticeship and get his eyes tested. I believe a blind cat with no arms could of done a better job.

Had an awesome experience with a super talented team of hairdressers at the HAIR COLOSSEUM BLACKTOWN. I'm loving my new hair do, colour is amazing, I've been complimented by everyone on my new do a big thankyou to Diana. So if your looking for a new hair salon that does amazing hair, look no further this is the place to go, you won't be disappointed.

When I got my hair done, everyone who spoke to me had great customer service. The lady who cut my hair consulted me beforehand and then when she cut my hair she did a really great job. She also helped me with managing my hair type.

Yesterday I went to backtown westpoint and walked by this salon and seen everyone getting there hair and how beautiful it looked recently I had a salon (not in blacktown) stuff my hair with bleach and didn't tell me my hair would be dry and still have red in it. I talked with the most beautiful worker who told me her honest opinion and said that she could fix the mess of my hair and she did an amazing job I will be back fir more appointments in the future with this person!!
