Shane is a professional, motivating and highly knowledgeable music teacher. My daughter joined Shane's music class earlier this year. She is already reading music, playing several tunes on her guitar and is always so excited for her lessons to come around.Amidst the COVID-19 crisis, Shane has been prompt and clear with his communication regarding how he will continue to teach in online mode.I can't recommend Shane enough. Having zero musical ability or talent in the family my daughter (6) and I started learning violin and guitar together. Caringbah Music, Shane (guitar) and Cat-thy (violin) have been amazingly accomodating to our needs, professional, fun and superb teachers. From not being able to make a sound with the violin (apparently the bow needs something called rosin.. who knew) we are so much more comfortable with our instruments, learning & having fun every week.Thoroughly recommend Caringbah Music for any skill level, especially any beginners out there.

Our children now love to practise and go to music lessons. Yes, they actually like to practise! Shane is an excellent teacher and has a wonderful manner with the kids. We used to go to another teacher, and changing to Shane was a hard decision, but the best decision we made.

Shane and the team are amazing. My 6 year old son has been learning drums with Ben for the past 12 months and the knowledge, assistance and patience shown is fantastic. He was playing in a concert with so much confidence at the start of the year that we were amazed at how well he has progressed in the short amount of time. Highly recommend Caringbah Music!!

Caringbah music is a fantastic place to learn whatever instrument you want including singing regardless of what level and age you are. I’ve been going for the last 5 years and have consistently improved in guitar and vocals as has my daughter. It’s a great atmosphere with friendly staff always there to assist with options of face to face or virtually through zoom which creates the perfect way to learn irrespective of what option you choose. I’ve made a lot of great friends there and will continue to go there every week for years to come. I’ve been to many places over the years and could never find anywhere that ticked all the boxes until I found Caringbah music with Shane and crew! Whilst searching for a guitar tutor for our daughter, we came across Caringbah Music. We were overly impressed by their music qualifications! Our daughter has now been there for a couple of years and is always extremely excited to attend her classes.She has been learning the guitar with Shane, who is amazing! He is professional, gentle and encouraging. Our daughter has learnt so much from him and raves about all of her new songs - from Spanish serenades to Taylor Swift. We are so grateful for all of Shane's hard work, perseverance and dedication.Additionally, our daughter is also part of a rock band at Caringbah Music taught by Michael. He is another terrific teacher, who has taught our daughter many funky tunes. He too is professional, gentle and encouraging. She absolutely loves meeting with her band buddies and jamming to some rocking hits! Her band has a welcoming environment and one she is eager to attend every week. We are very thankful for all of Michael's time, patience and dedication.The waiting room is always filled with smiling faces and friendly teachers, and it is a safe environment with great studios. Their concerts are also jam packed with talent and such a festive event!We will definitely be sending our son here when he is old enough to play an instrument and would absolutely recommend Caringbah Music to family and friends.Thank you Shane for having such an awesome team and for teaching our daughter.

Shane and his team at Caringbah music are fantastic !! My kids have been learning the flute, guitar and saxophone at Caringbah music for the last few years and have loved it. My kids really enjoy their music lessons and have learnt so much.
