This is a really nice chemist shop to visit. It has a pleasant atmosphere the moment you walk in and the service provided by the friendly professional staff is excellent. Waiting time is minimal and there's plenty of attractive products to browse in the interim. I receive a text when my medication is due and am advised when scripts are due for renewal, so I never have to worry. Well done and thank you PDDS, I'm more than happy with your services.

5 stars for customer service! I know a chemist is a chemist right? But there is one girl in there that is so beautiful and friendly and makes me feel welcome in a place where you just want to get out of normally. All the staff are actually really nice

Excellent customer service - helpful and friendly! Where others have sighed and begrudgingly looked at ingredients for me, Suzanne of this chemist took her time and was extremely friendly, patient and helped find the right medication for me. Highly recommended!

Today i had my script filled and thought it was higher than normal, when i got home and checked the price i had paid at my regular chemist, it was actually DOUBLE, so a 100% increase.... What The !!! and this is a Discount Chemist... i will stick to my regulars now ... Chemist Warehouse and Terry White Chemist are absolute value for money...
