My husband forgot some important tablets when we went on holiday to Tasmania. One phone call to Jenny and 15 minutes later I got a phone call from the Guardian pharmacy in Hobart telling me the tablets were ready for collection. Brilliant service!

Oh dear I have just moved to Hampton went to the store yesterday everyone were really helpful and friendly today I went to pick up an inhaler that I had asked for and had a very friendly phone call to pick it up. Well what A difference the shop assistant was very abrupt and rude and spoke to me in a very suspicious tone. I know you are all under horrendous pressure but there is no need to be rude. You have no idea what other people are going through themselves. Try being like your colleagues!!

Terrible service.Walk in , hand over script for prescription, wait 10 mins.Pharmacist takes calls.I ask about my script and the response is “ it will be 15 minutes”.No one else in the store.Absolute joke of service.

This is a nice, bright inviting pharmacy. It's not over stocked and dark like a discount chemist and it also offers a more personalised service, which I think people in Hampton like.
