Cost circa $300 for 2 people to spend 1 hr cleaning windows in townhouse. Windows on outside balcony that are easily accessible inside and out are still dirty and have terrible streaking. I had sent photos of the windows that I had previously cleaned myself before hand too in order to get a quote so no surprises when they got here. I wanted to get them done professionally so new tenants would have perfectly clean windows. Very expensive and very disappointing. Refused to come back and have a look after I called them 20 minutes after leaving. I should have done a thorough inspection before paying them so more fool me I guess!

I paid $510 for convenient cleaning to clean my previous home. I explained over the phone that the property was vacant, had running water but no electricity.They cleaned everything very well. However, upon requesting a reimbursement for not having the carpets steam cleaned on the day I was given a phone call and met with someone very unprofessional claiming that I did not say there was no power.I previously cleaned the property the best I could with basic cleaning supplies so the job wasn’t a big one, just some scuff marks on the walls and a deeper clean needing to be done to the bathroom and draws/storage areas throughout the home.The lady on the phone proceeded to tell me the house was very hard to clean (which it wasn’t) and that “I get what I paid for” when in reality I didn’t.Use this company at your own risk.
