Awesome staff at North Geelong depot it was Friday arvo , really wanted my parcel for the weekend , and two guys named Tim and Aron went out of their way to help me get my parcel which I got Friday at 5:45pm .Thanks again guys ,,, legends your both Mint !

I wasn’t home when the parcel arrived so it was taken back to the warehouse.Picked up a few days later and the package has a puncture hole in it 6-7cm diameter which was deep enough to go 1-2cm into the contents.

Horrific service. I filled out the online re deliver three times. Nobody has made any attempts to deliver, I have a ring doorbell that would notify me if I wasn't home. Sat on hold for half an hour before speaking with someone, I said Hi just calling to find out the status of my package at your North Geelong facility" and got hung up on. I cannot believe a business would allow such an incompetent company to deliver their goods. I would say a bit more about other bad experiences but I don't want to write War on Peace."

Try to get in touch with them and end up with international instead of domestic even though i dialled the number for what was supposed to be our local dispatch. trhen when re-directed I went through the process to be cut off, After trying again I was put on hold for 40min and still no reply. I wish they also would give a better time for delivery NOT within an 8 hr time frame, we are the customers that keeps them in a job, all I would like is a window of say 1 to 2 hrs, surely this day and age that should be easy enough.

I know couriers tend to get little credit when things go right and cop it when they don't, but my god these guys are bad. Pay $200 for international priority" and wasn't picked up on the day it was meant to be.3 phone calls later and it's still not been picked up

Wow… simply wow.How this place is still going has me lost!Not even the woman at the front desk has a clue of what’s actually needed!But thank you for the incredible run around this morning, it led me to a better company who were amazing!( Mainfrieght - Breakwater, absolutely incredible people! )
