Installed the 200L heat pump by Cyanergy. It is a very efficient end to end, from ordered on Tuesday and install by Wednesday. Follow up call asking about the experience highlight Kennedy Gomes customer service and prompt sales coordination. It is legit to I stall a heat pump for 99$ and the pump is good unit not some cheap one

Very good experience with Cyanergy both their phone consultant and installers. Their consultant Zinia was excellent, very professional and helpful and was able to answer all my queries. Their installers were on time, quick, cheerful and tidy. Thank you Cyanergy for such a good service and lots of hot water.

My hot water system broke and looking to get a new one. I came across a website that provides a government subsidies hot water system upgrade. I spoke to Apu and he managed to get me a new hot water system within a week. He is very informative, kept his promise and delivered the new hot water system. Im extremely happy with the service and I will save $$$ on electricity and get to enjoy the hot water during this cold winter.

Got a quote for a heat pump under the NSW energy scheme, said it would be 1-2 weeks and then never heard from them again. Wouldn’t answer phones or email. Also the quote for the unit was twice the price of what I got from another certified provider, which seems like they are milking the tax payers through this scheme

Regretfully, this company is not able to live upto its reputation. I have been quoted 6-8 weeks for service in February and another 6-8 weeks recently when I made contact. They don’t keep their promises around call backs, schedules and misrepresented their ability to install a Government Funded Hot Water System.I have attempted to address this with them through their internal complaints process but they won’t even return calls.

Couldn't be happier with my new heat pump water heater! From the initial contact, Apu led me through the process of upgrading my hot water system for only $99 and made sure to keep me informed, even checking after installation to make sure we were happy with the result. Great service - Jack and Brad were professional, friendly and efficient with the installation of our new hot water service. Akash and the office team organised the installation quickly and effectively - found a date and time that suited us and checked that everything had gone well and that we were happy with the outcome.
