The best service getting my tax done! It was quick and simple and my money was in my account soon after couldn't fault the process. Five out of five!

Terrible. Incredibly poor customer service. I was recommended here for my tax and should have known when the accountant couldnt complete my very simple return in one sitting that i was not onto a good thing. But then it got worse. A week later i return to sign the paperwork for submission. 2 weeks later after hearing nothing more i call and find out there was a glitch" in the system and my return was going to be lodged that day. 2 weeks later i call again. Still no return. A problem with my bank details apparently. So i try another account. Another week and still no return. I call AGAIN and finally recieve my return. They have my money from the ATO weeks ago. This was incompetence on the part of DB Accounting. Then I get an email stating i hadnt paid my bill when i had authorised the money to be taken from my return before it was forwarded to me! Top it off i get an invoice in the mail a few days later saying the same!I feel for the receptionist there who is the frontline contact listening to people complain about these problems. Goodluck getting anyone senior to call you back - it wont happen. They couldnt organise their way out of a paperbag! Completely useless. Go to H&R Block up the road instead

Customer service was fantastic and questions answered in a prompt and timely manner. The staff at DB Accounting were friendly and helpful, would not hesitate to use them again and I would be happy to recommend them.

Well over 10 years ago we decided to use an accountant firm that used the building where now DB Accounting reside.  We where so impressed by the professionalism and willingness to help by this very young and enthusiastic girl.  After that, we entered in a business partnership and unfortunately had to use another accountant firm. About 6 years ago, needing an accountant I went and visited that same building because I remember that girl. I was so glad to see her there and was not surprised to find out that Fiona now owned her own accounting firm in that same building.We have being there since and can only say good things about Fiona, Ivana and the team.We only experienced good attitudes and prompted help and very wise advice. If they forgot something or missed something, wich only really happened in the early Covid pandemic, they called us and quickly apologised. Again, very small human thing. We where impressed with the humility more than anything.Im not trying to up this up, mut am honestly very happy with DB Accounting as a whole.Today I have to go there to handover the papers for a small company that we unfortunately have to dissolve and I know that I will have a good laugh about it and be greatly helped with it.

Have used Fiona at DBaccounting for 5 years and cannot fault her attention to detail and persistence. Fantastic service and very prompt.

DB Accounting are personable and take the time to explain and provide options. Highly recommened!
