Surface Hero - Marble and stone restorations and repairs

I haven’t used their services yet but I called them for advise. Very nice people to talk to about stone restoration and sealing. Thank you Surface Hero !

Used these guys a couple of times have a few investments and whenever the tenants damage the atone bench tops Dennis and his team are so quick to come and repair them, can barely see where the damage was such a relief knowing I can call and have my benchtops repaired and back to new. Thanks guys.

One star is too much!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!I had a terrible experience with this company. They quoted me an exorbitant amount of money, $770 or $700 cash, to buff and clean my stone bench top and seal it. This price included $100 to fix a joint in the stone. However, when they were finished in just 45 minutes, there was no visible difference at all, and the joint had not been touched. The stone looked like it had only just been wiped down with a spray and wipe. I was not home at the time, but my elderly father-in-law was. They took advantage of him and demanded payment when questioned.When I contacted management to report this poor workmanship, they weren’t interested and didn’t ask to come and inspect or request any pictures. They simply offered a measly $100 refund. I would not recommend this stone company to anyone who wants quality work done at a fair price. They are not to be trusted and do not care about their customers. Save yourself the money and hassle and find another company to do business with.

Dennis did a fantastic job restoring our 12 year old travertine outdoor table. He explained the process clearly and was very professional in his workmanship. A great result!!
