I am so grateful for the incredible customer service I received today from Ryan and Marie. I ordered an Elle Tens Plus machine from a different supplier on Monday and received no updates all week, despite reaching out to them multiple times to see when it would be posted. I was growing increasingly concerned I wouldn’t receive it in time for my birth, so I called Elle Tens Australia this morning to see if they had any in stock that were able to be posted to me asap today to ensure I have one before I go into labour. I spoke to Ryan and his empathy and compassion were on another level. He wrapped one up for me straight away and put it in the post himself to ensure I would receive it asap, which instantly alleviated my stress. He even reached out to the other supplier on my behalf to see what was going on, and it was purely because of his efforts that I finally received contact back and a refund from the other supplier. I am thankful for the positive experience Ryan and Marie gave me today.

Love this Elle Tens 3 in 1 combo. Helps with the pain in my lower back muscles and at my neck from desk work all day. So many pre-set programs that really feel great. Love this handy little product. Thanks Ryan!

Used the Elle TENS during recent labour.Elle tens was great at alleviating the pain and helping me manage labour. The service and delivery was efficient unlike my labour.The unit is easy to use, light and having it around my neck was very practical.Highly recommend as a non drug pain management option.

I used the 3in1 Combo electro therapy unit to help with lower back pain following a strain from the previous week that resulted in spasms and some pain. I needed help in preparation for an upcoming Volleyball Tournament. The results were great, it helped to loosen up my lower back and accelerated the healing process. Would recommend

My husband and I have being using Elle Tens for years now and we have found them amazing. Definitely helps with the sore muscle and reduced the times we needed to see either a physiotherapist or chiropractor. Would high recommend any of their devices.

I sent an enquiry through to Elle Tens Australia late yesterday as I'm 39 weeks pregnant and wanted to purchase an Elle Tens 2 machine. I asked if it would be possible to collect the machine from their warehouse in Moorebank and I received a prompt response from Marie. Unfortunately their warehouse wasn't opened for pick ups but Marie organised for Ryan to meet me at a mutual location today to hand the tens machine over.I can't thank Marie and Ryan enough for going above and beyond to make sure I received my machine in time.I will definitely be recommending Elle Tens Australia to my family and friends.Thank you again!

I've been using the 3-in-1 Combo unit for post run recovery and massage for the past year. The unit has lots of customisable programmes, and has 2 channels so I can easily target 2 ifferent areas of my legs at the same time with ease. The pads are high quality and reusable many times if you look after them. Elle Tens Australia will also send you replacement pads at a reasonable price when you need them.High quality machine and great customer service. Highly recommend!!
