Walliston Wreckers

Bought a part and there was still a problem. Walliston replaced it at their cost. There was still the same problem and I rang to say the problem was still there as I was asked to do. The guy went off at me over the phone for 11 minutes. He started raising his voice and telling me my car was unfit for the road, he had photos and if I went to consumer affairs I wouldn't win in court, why did my son paint the part and my block on my motor, told me if I took the car to the mechanic they would only be interested in taking my money. This went on for over 11 minutes. He kept talking over the top of me and wouldn't let me get a word in. I was dumbfounded as to why he was yelling at me and just kept going on. He said bring it back and I'll give you your money back but it better be the same one I gave you because I'll know if it isn't.There was no need for this and it was horrible. It really upset me and I've never been spoken to like this as a customer of any business. The customer may not always be right but this was absolutely disgusting.

Very good experience with the guys at Walliston.Ordered a side skirt from across the country in Sydney and it was delivered in less than a week.They were also very honest with me when they discovered the skirt was slightly damaged prior to shipment, and sent me that one and another skirt in good condition in good faith!Top quality service and highly recommended!

Been dealing with them for years. Parts are well priced and in good condition - they take everything out properly, unlike some I could mention. Steve and his boys know their stuff well and are always happy to help.

I was close to buying a $1100 gearbox from my local wreckers but came across a gearbox that Walliston Wreckers were selling for a lot less with less K's on the clock. I traveled 2 hours to look at the gearbox. The owner was great to deal with and I decided to buy it. I was worried about the gearbox as it was rather cheap but I got it fitted and it's working great. Very happy customer. Thank you

Great service and very helpful I picked up a complete diff cradle for my FG Falcon and Steve and Debbie are great. Steve even took the time out to teach me somethings about parts for my car and also about diff ratios and different types of diff housings axles the whole lot.
