MASSIVELY under quoted and took forever.Car runs worse now than it did when it went in.Had to take it to a real mechanic to get fixed properly.Avoid like the plague!!!!!!

I’m a few years late with this review, but I said I’d do it and better late than never. On a long road trip to Gold Coast from Melbourne in 2017, landed in Euroa on a Friday morning for a pie and refresher. Hopped back in the 2005 Subaru Forester, and turned the key for no result.On Main Street, Googled this place and walked in to let them know my car battery had died. The owner (can’t remember name, was a legend) threw some cables in their truck and came to test out the car. Got the car in the garage, but then multimeter test showed with new battery still no charge. Turned out the alternator had died..!Owner called around to see if anyone nearby (like within 200km) had one on hand, otherwise I was going to have to wait 5 days or so. I had a flight to catch from Goldy to Cairns the next day, so was stressing at this point. After a number of calls and call backs, one was located in Shepparton (I think) and they could deliver on afternoon delivery.Spent the day hanging out, ate some fish and chips and then late in the day (5pm ish) the new alternator arrives. Owner then spends the next hour (or so, can’t really remember but a while) swapping it over and it’s getting late on a Friday and everyone around has closed up shop. Alternator installed, car humming, I’m good to go.Before I leave I learn that this mechanic had actually been my mums mechanic when she lived in Euroa a few years earlier, and to top it all off it was his kids birthday and he was late to the party because he was trying to help me get back on the road before the weekend!Drove most of the night, made my flight and just felt very grateful to have landed where I landed. Cheers again and I owe you one

We had an excellent experience with Williams. Really knew their stuff, and did everything they could to help us. Driving out to meet us, diagnosing and solving our problem very efficiently. Really impressed.

Can't fault them. Great service, communication and price. I've found my new mechanic.
