My car got locked in and I’m in emergency. My sister was in the hospital and I badly need to go to get her. I can’t even get my car which is my property

Closes at 7pm on weekends. Our car got locked in but we were lucky enough to have a resident let us in/out saving us paying parking.

Put a public parking but shut the gate at 7pm on the weekend, without proper sign warning people about this. Lucky there is a lovely retail tenant open up the door to let me go into car park.
