Responded to my email request for a quote very quickly. Ryan told me that I could bring my stuff into his workshop first thing in the morning. I rocked up at 7:15 and he wasn't there. Waited till 7:30 and gave him a ring he told me he was 5 minutes away. Waited until 8am and tried to call again no answer so I left. Not sure what happened. Hope others have a more positive experience.
