Their website and customer portal is rubbish. I am trying to cancel a policy as I have sold the car. I go online and enter the log in on my insurance forms and the wrong car shows.The chat bot" sends me round and round and roundSo i cannot cancel the policy. I cannot even amend the policy.I have used them before but never never again.DO NOT INSURE WITH THIS COMPANY.Now if there is a human who looks at your social media page instead of a bot how about you respond so I can fix this.I am going to see how long it takes to get a reply from a person"

Bad product,Must have been my bad day when I bought this insurance. Making a claim with this insurance literally makes your life terrible. On top of heavy excess they made me wait for 2 months transferring my car from repairer to repairer just for a bumper change. I fell for a slightly cheaper quote but ended up paying high excess+2 months for rental car. No phone helpline no support in the times when you need it. Never buy this product and stop people from buying this, this will earn you blessings.

Wasn’t at fault for my accident. Still had to pay excess until they could prove who was at fault. 3months later they refunded my excess.5 months later my car is booked in to be fixed. It’s a dent and scratch at the rear of the van, nothing major. I HIGHLY recommend paying a little extra and going with another company. Customer service is shocking. 1 hour plus wait times and then never really getting anywhere with the service. In total it will be 6 months in getting everything resolved and like I said I wasn’t even at fault for the accident.

Unable to communicate with company regarding the service of repairs. Incompetent and extremely bad communication regarding the repairs. No one to discuss but a virtual screen. Customer service is ridiculous. Rather, pay higher premiums to speak to a real person!

Incompetence. I haven’t even got through to the stage of having any services delivered. The primary operator I’ve been dealing with is incompetent and doesn’t follow basic prompts so the conversations never progress (I just need to discuss alternate service providers due to the provided party being booked out for a fortnight, but we can’t even get to this stage.) He then put me on hold at the same point the call centre closed. Honestly, he should be fired.

Spend your money elsewhere folks. I lodged a claim with this company more than 10 years ago for a not at fault accident. I was promised that the excess would be refunded. Yet here we are today...

Terrible. The worst possible insurance company. No interest in helping people. I'm with RACQ they are excellent. The problem is the P plater who smashed into the back of my car is with Bingle. It's been more than 3 weeks now and at least 10 phone calls. The current one I'm on right now has been over an hour. I have spoken to 3 different people and am hold to speak to another.Bingle is fine to take your money, but has no interest in paying out. I'm still not convince they are a legitimate company
