I just have to say, THANK YOU Gill, Olivia and the team at Hinterland Realty! I've rented for almost 6 years through your real estate, and of the 24 years I've rented in my life, you guys are by far the BEST I've worked with. EVERY maintenance issue whether it be leaks, repairs, painting, dishwasher, lights - whatever it's been - you've always been onto it promptly. Because of a leak a mattress of mine was damaged, and you reimbursed us for a new one right away. The inspections are always regular, and I have enjoyed the friendly chats over the years when we are visited. You've always replied promptly to my emails, and given me clarity around any question I've had or advice, you're all very approachable and I love that. I genuinely feel grateful for the real estate I have, because I hear my girlfriends complain of how theirs just don't care. We are cared about. Thank you guys, keep up the epic work because it's felt & appreciated!!

Gill and Lauren at Hinterland Real Estate are fabulous! Their professionalism, quick response time and honesty were what I experienced recently when selling my parents home in Nerang. The sale went very smoothly and Lauren was always on hand to answer any questions or queries I had. I highly recommend their services.

These wonderful people have managed our investment property for at least 2 decades. They are efficient, courteous, on the ball and get things done. They make it easy for investors to sit back and forget about it all. Amazing staff who communicate regularly, always there to help and always return calls and emails promptly. They are the best people I have had dealings with, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We would recommend Gill and her merry band of workers to anyone. Gill has not only helped us find our dream home but manage our rental property as well. Everyone at Hinterland Realty are reliable and efficient. They let us know straight away if there is a problem with a suggestion of solutions for all problems. No problem seems too hard to handle. I could not recommend Gill and Olivia enough! Having personally being in the same rental through Hinterland Realty since 2008 and my husband even longer, both Gill and Olivia were always easy to communicate with and helped us with a lot we needed. They were also very apologetic about the owner selling and we would not hesitate to deal with them in the future.From our family to you both, thank you for everything.

My previous review was removed as requested by Nerang Property through incessent communication. Yes our issues were solved by the court which my partner and I are greatly appreciative of but we shouldn’t have had to waste time and money to fight this agency if they were doing the correct things. They took our bond without authorisation from us and tried to charge us for things that were not on our lease. We had a more than an unpleasant experience renting with this real estate. We recommend not renting or buying with them.

Gill and the team at Hinterland Realty have been looking after my investment property for a year now. They have always been great with communication and prompt to help solve any issues that arise. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property management team.

If I could give this agency 0 stars I would. DO NOT deal with Hinterland Realty.I purchased a property from Lauren and then had it managed by Gill and my dealings with both women were extremely unprofessional and dishonest. During the buying process Lauren was very unresponsive, unreliable, deceptive and dishonest. She was purely after the sale and would do and say anything it took to get it. The conditions I wanted included in the contract were bungled, making them pointless. Time and time again I would have to chase Lauren up for updates and responses to my questions. The whole process was a stressful nightmare.Gill was just as unprofessional, not following RTA's legal requirements and only giving me 3 business days notice that my tenant was vacating instead of the required 14. My property was left an absolute putrid mess by the tenant living in there. Bond cleaners were arranged by Gill, which was the only good thing she did. However the terrible state of the outdoor areas and damage caused by the tenant were not rectified and now Gill is ignoring my attempts to contact her.My dealings with this agency has been over 6 months, and it has been nothing but disappointment and constant stress.

This has been the worst renting experience I have ever had. If I could say one thing to anyone considering moving in with these thieves it would be DONT DO IT!!! My partner and I signed a 12 month long lease and it was rocky from the get go. We got into the place and it was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY. I wrote all this on the entry condition report which they happily signed and didn't speak of again - until the end of the lease where they sent us a $100 cleaning bill. We fought it and won. They are also currently trying to take my ENTIRE bond due to electricity for a room they claim we used (not attached to our unit) and several weeks of unpaid rent (the tenant ledger we received was flawless though). These people are not good. They will rob you and ignore your maintenance issues without blinking. Do not trust Nerang Property Management. Do not rent with them. Sorry if you currently are and good luck.

Professional, understanding and efficient. Any maintenance issues were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. The team are great to deal with from entry to exit. I would not hesitate to recommend Nerang Property Management to anyone looking to rent or for investors wanting someone to manage their asset. While I was renting through NPM they respected my rights as a tenant whilst looking after the landlord's investment. I can't speak highly enough about this group of wonderful people.
