Called Sheavy on Thursday and made appointment for the following Monday. He responded to my texts immediately and turned up when he said he would. Was professional and fixed the problem with our bar fridge. Pricing was in line with his initial advice. Very happy!

Sheavy came out the next day after I logged the service call. The problem was quickly identified and the part needed was in his van. Price was very reasonable. It has been a week now and fridge is still working great. Very happy with the on-site service, which was carried out during the worst wet weather we have ever had. These guys deserve more than 5 stars.

I would highly recommend Sheavy to anyone needing a fridge repairer. Sheavy came out the day after I called him. He was very considerate in fitting in with my schedule and even called me 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was very polite, friendly and prompt. He quickly located the problem and took no time to fix it. He even vacuumed behind the fridge for me!! It was a pleasure meeting Sheavy and I would not hesitate to call on him in the future.

Very professional and courteous. On time, and the tech explained everything. Kept me informed (on the way, arrived etc). Emailed straight away with receipt and photo of the EFTPOS receipt. I couldn't fault the service. Would definitely use again, without question.
