Murrays Coaches - Express Services

We travelled Murray's recently and it was GREAT. The only two things Murray's coaches leave to be desired are1. They could start going from Toowoomba to Mooloolaba2. They could put on private limosine transfers

My family is under quarantine (covit19) for 2 weeks I was supposed to fly down to Brisbane then get Murray's up to Toowoomba but my flight was cancel an credited to use in the next 12 months why cart Murray's do the same they have no consideration as Brisbane is under lock down an family which I cart go an see..we all have problems at the moment a bit of care. All I wanted was credit so I can use it in the next 12 months but no I didn't pay more money for the top cover only because I cart afford it..ill never go with this company again. Thanks Murray's you don't have a heart.

Great trip from Brisbane to Toowoomba. The coach was clean, quiet and smooth. Will definitely use the service again.

Fantastic service. Always on time. Very professional drivers. Excellent buses with USB charging and Free WiFi. Toilets on board and recliner seats.Join up for free and I get every sixth trip free. Love using this instead of a hire from Toowoomba to Brisbane Airport.

Very helpful staff at the Toowoomba ticket office and on the bus. Really comfortable waiting area at the ticket office too. Would definitely recommend this service.

Loved travelling with Murray’s from Brisbane > Toowoomba return. Was impressed with the professionalism of the driver, cleanliness of the bus and timing of the trip (arrived right on the dot!).

I have been using Murrays for years and it used to bery very comfortable. The new coach i am currently travelling on is extremely uncomfortable. The eats are high which would be ok if there are feet support, but for some weird reason those have been removed from this bus!! Which really makes sitting for almost 2 hours extremely uncomfortable. The worst part is that this bus seems to be brand new. So I really hope this new style of high seats and no feet support is not going to be the standard!Not to mention that the pockets in front have been also removed from the new bus, which s ok if there's no one sitting beside me as I can use the seat next to me to put some stuff on but what if I am travelling with some one?? Which happens often!

Very clean and comfortable buses. Drivers are helpful and friendly and the 3 ive traveled on, great drivers. Have USB charging ports. Air con and reclining seats. Always a pleasure.

Went to the office on Wednesday to drop freight and it’s closed for the day, called and open on Wednesday but Friday will also be closed. Go to take in freight and says open nil staff and door locked. Called and got another location saying maybe on lunch or seeing a bus off, nil sign on the door to let people know. When lady returned extremely rude like it was a hassle to even give me the form for the freight. And the cost was $$$. They won’t weight it either and when I asked for some tape I could have been asking for a million dollars by the look on her face and the huff. If I didn’t have to send the stuff I would have walked out. Paid the $$$$ for what I had to send and politely said that they may need to look at putting a sign in the door when office is not attended to let people know the rough time they will be back.
