Professional and attentive service. I was so impressed with attention to detail and friendly atmosphere. For context, this was my first salon visit in 15 years, my regular hairdresser from home retired so was on the look out for a new regular. The experience was fantastic. I am so happy with my hair, thank you Harris! I was recommended this salon by a friend, so passing on the recommendation on here. I will definitely return.

I've had about 5 graduated bobs in the past couple of years but the best one I ever got was here. The lead hairstylist really knows his stuff and he guided the trainee very well, thus resulting in exactly what I was hoping for. Better than I expected, actually. Totally even, good movement, precise and flattering cut... Honestly, it's the best haircut I've had in ten years.Highly recommended.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at Lakeside Joondalup salon.I requested a quote for hair regrowth using L’Oreal Inoa plus a cut.Also advised Mon to Wed they have pensioner’s discounts?!?On arrival and seated was advised of a different price, then told me it would also cost extra to blow dry!!Eventually I agreed to pay the extra but said I would never come back.I was looking for a regular hairdresser as I have just moved from interstate and have my root regrowth done blonde every 6 weeks.I expected to have an experienced colourist expert to colour match my regrowth. I told them what I had before, but wasn’t too sure. I am not a hairdresser nor a colour expert so believed they would know what to do.When the regrowth was being done I mentioned it was DARK as Inoa is usually white when applied.Result was, I ended up with a Dark Band on blond hair.I was extremely upset and was advised I needed to have foils to match up to my colour.I went back 2 days later to show what a mess my hair was. I informed the receptionist, (who told me she was the assistant manager) she is not even a hairdresser, I asked her to get the manager to call me. It eventually took over 3 weeks after I reported the bad experience for the salon manager to call.She hesitantly said to come in and she’d get an apprentice to do foils in a painfully rude manner. After much to do, she decided it wasn’t going to work and basically dismissed me!I would NEVER RECOMMEND RENO’s!!I spoke to 4 other salons and all were absolutely astonished by what Reno’s had done and didn’t even try to rectify.ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!

We bought a hair product but realised it was the wrong type. Went back to the store for a refund. Told by worker the boss was not in and have to come back another day for refund. We came back and under consumer law we were entitled to refund but owner would now only give a voucher that was useless to us. Poor customer service. The product was unused and unopened.

Have been going to Reno’s Karrinyup for years and always have the same semi colour. On my last visit i had a new colourist/trainee do my hair who said during my hair colouring to another staff member, can you please mix up the colour and check it as the last lot was “watery” . From the moment I got home I didn’t feel as though I had just had my hair done. After washing my hair I noticed that no dye leaked when washing (this has never happened when having a semi). There was also no shine which you always get with a new semi colour.After ringing and complaining as I do not believe the right product was used I was told to come in at a particular time to have it looked at and reviewed. When I attended no one knew about my appointment and I was told “ the chart says we used semi” one of the staff acknowledged that the trainee did mention the colour was “watery” to her. They did not offer to do anything about it and basically said tough. Not the kind of service you would expect to a long term client. The fact that they offer no way of providing feedback or contacting them online says it all. Should they have simply just said I’m sorry you feel that way I wouldn’t have been as mad: there was literally just no care at all… literally had me in tears.I spent $190 for the wrong hair treatment (I’m guessing they used permanent or just messed up the semi so much the colour didn’t take). So in short they are ok if you are after a basic colour but if they mess up they will not fix/care.I won’t be returning

Had my hair done last week, cut short with half head of highlights. Good value for money and the hairdressers were professional and happy to help you pick a style and colour.Only improvement would be more head massage during hair washing. I was given a young skinny apprentice that had no muscles. Perfectly fine hair washer but it is just that much better when you are given a head massage as well.

Amazing service and Montanna washed and blow dry and curled my hair and looked amazing. Pan the manager is amazing. Very happy
