Excellent customer service and the best looking boards. I ordered the 10'6 Woody Havana package and could not be happier. 7.5km around Enoggera Dam and never fell off once. Great stability for a beginner. Thanks Dean & Cherie.

Dean was great to deal with and managed to prepare our board for collection whilst he was in the process of emptying 3 containers full of boards without a compliant.The most important thing is the board, we absolutely love ours. Great quality.

We love our Kiama board, amazing to ride and so pretty to look at.Service was amazing, ordered it on Boxing day and had it sooner than I thought, especially with all the public holidays.The videos available on the website are perfect for newbies like us. Board, bags and paddle are top notch quality, cant tell you how happy we are.Thank you.

My wife and I are first timers to SUPing, we ordered two boards after much research. Dean was great through the process, we expected delays after reading other reviews also adding Covid and shipping container issues.The most important thing are the boards, they are pieces of art to look at. Great quality and we are even happier with there ease of use. Can't recommend them highly enough, well worth the wait!Thanks once again Dean and Cherie.

We ordered 2 retro SUP'S for our daughters for Christmas. We couldn't be any more thrilled with the boards. They look and feel amazing. Our kids were so excited and happy with their gifts. Dean and Cherie were also amazing with their customer service. Unfortunately there was a delay (out of their control) and we couldn't get the boards in time for Christmas, but they communicated so honestly and regularly with us about the delay and progress. They went above and beyond, sending the most beautiful vouchers for our girls for Christmas. Ride the Tide boards are awesome, but so is their customer service!
