Derek came in and quoted to upgrade all the lights and fans in my Reno, helped with advice on what might be my best options and why, he got the work done on time and even cleaned up after himself. Great job, reliable and trustworthy.

Air con works well, and the installation + other work was inexpensive compared to competitors. They can be a bit careless though, not checking to make sure they picked up the right air conditioner, and damaging a couple of things. No apologies + the owner-worker can get a bit aggro when confronted. They just need to work on those thing a bit.
