The girl in this store has a really poor attitude. Very bad service. I felt as if I were interrupting her day when I went in. She made a mistake when I went to pickup to parcels and insisted there was only one. Cut a long story short she screwed up, costing me time and effort to investigate go back. Her apology was insincere, and when I questioned why she didn't look properly, instead of admitting a mistake and apologising she defended her actions. Extremely poor service. My wife had previously complained this lady wasn't very helpful prior to this event. Go somewhere else where they appreciate your business.

This was the 3rd place I went this morning to try and get a photo blown up from my phone. Emma was amazing. Excellent service, told me exactly what I could achieve and what I couldn’t with my phone photo, and I got the result I wanted! Bubbly, helpful and a happy customer.

Fantastic service! We had a special request for a Christmas present that we arranged from overseas. Sue was amazing, she added personal touches, like great wrapping paper, a hand written card and delivered the framed picture to my parent's front door. This was all done at a very reasonable price and excellent quality. Parents loved the gift, it was a real hit. Thanks!

We always get great service at Dobsons and a fast turnaround in family photos. They are pros at taking passport photos - especially with little people!

Love the staff and service at this shop!!! Always a pleasure going in to see the girls in there and they are always happy to see you even when they get difficult customers they treat them with respect and do thier best to have the customer leave very happy.

If you are after quality prints and awesome customer service from great friendly staff I would recommend coming here! My prints were perfect and they also do quick and easy passport photos as well!
