The store manager was so arrogant to treat the customers like an idiot when we asked for clarification. An elderly couple also being set off by his bad altitude and left. The manager should set a good model to the staffs. He need to be sack or else the business will be affected by his service.

looks like they have some great stuff in the South Wharf DFO outlet......Its just a real pity that out of two staff that were there on 31/7/2014 at 11.00 am, not one of them acknowledged us as we walked into the store or offered us any assistance, they in fact completely ignored us. What we then did was leave the store( they didn't even say anything then either!) and went two doors up,to a shop called VICTORIA STATION, where the only shop assistant there greeted us and offered assistance. (that shop got our $1,000 sale.). This was posted by my husband.

Poor customer service. Bags to Go have had my bag for 45 days, never bothered to contact me. After chasing them I find out the bag can't be repaired on warranty (it had abroken zip).These guys were really quick to brag about the 10 warranty during the sale, Well that isn't worth anything Bags to Go.

Price advertised was same as online vendors and this allowed me to get bag straight away.Range of stock allowed me to physically compare some options. Seller was helpful and offered an additional discount to help me out.This is my second bag purchase from Bags to go. Would definitely recommend them.
