I urgently needed to replace the auxiliary battery in my car. The 2 staff members were professional and friendly. The job was completed quickly on the spot. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great service! Needed my battery replaced on the spot and the staff were friendly and helpful. They clearly explained the different options available to me and even why my previous one may not have lasted as long as it should have. They were able to change it over immediately with no wait time and pricing was competitive.

Went in today to get a car battery and the staff member who served us was very rude and condescending.We had the old battery with us but needed a quick hand seeing the different options and making sure we grabbed the right one (no fitting required).The staff member was very condescending for the whole interaction, especially when he explained the difference between the 2 differently priced batteries. Obviously more expensive usually equals better quality but he couldn't give any explanation as to why or any differences between the two options.When my partner left to grab two old batteries out of the car for recycling the staff member made me feel very uncomfortable. Asking very condescending questions about other batteries that I might need, it seemed like he was trying to push me into buying more. He then complained about other customers and call out fees, not that I asked. By the end of the interaction I just wanted him to stop talking to me.Either way, we don't need this poor service with all of the other options out there. We won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else dealing with this kind of interaction. I've never had such a bad experience at any of the other leading competitors so we'll just be staying away from Battery World :)

I have used BW at indro for all my 4wd 12 work. Dave has been brilliant. He is the go to man for all types of 12 v, solar and lithium projects. I had used two other auto electricians and two 4wd specialty workshops in the past - despite their claims that they knew what they were doing it wasn't until I got Dave to have a look at things that I realised how much he knew and how little the so-called experts knew. I went there this morning to get a setup for a trolling motor on a boat - he told me what I would need, then proceeded to make me up some custom fittings on the spot. Dont go anywhere else if you need 12V advice that involves solar and lithium - and going off the grid for weeks at a time.

Josh and Dylan were legends. Really helpful. They sorted me out really quickly as I was in a hurry. Thanks guys.

Happy with the supply and install service, but not happy with the office service. My request for an Invoice with my correct name and correct address was ignored.

Served by store owner. He was kind, polite, knowledgeable, and hospitable. Solved my motorbike battery problems, added a charging cable, installed it all and reconnected other things I'd previously had attached. I highly recommend this store and its owner.

Josh helped me with finding the correct battery for my vehicle. He is a lovely young fella with great expertise and fantastic product knowledge. The store was busy when I arrived and Josh had to juggle multiple customers at once but made time for everyone in the shop and made purchasing and installing my battery a seamless process. If he is not store manager, I would highly recommend the position. Thank you Josh.
