What an awesome place and team Eagles Forster are. Went in there as a non tradie at 11am and Both Greg & Mitch were totally onto it (even though poor Greg was meant to have gone to lunch.These two guys gave what I would consider to be the best customer service I've ever received anywhere in the world bar none. Both of them spent at least 2 hours with me working out the options I had for a bunch of household plumbing scenarios both Copper and PEX'd (whilst simultaneously sorting out other customers as they walked in)They worked out the costs associated with each option, gave me a full quote and advised me on the kind of skills needed to use each option then helped me make a decision based on their unbiased advice.Let's compare that to their competitors round the corner who I had been to previously just to ask a couple of questions and who took one look at me figured out I wasn't a plumber and pretty much gave me the old (your in the wrong place if you want help answers).I will say in all honesty that Greg, Mitch, Shane and all the other staff there are top flight and will go so far out of their way to help both Tradies and Punters like me alike. One of the other things that was super nice about them is that they understood I wasn't made of cash and were quite willing to discount a bit just to win the business.To their big boss who owns Eagles I can say this.... you've got an awesome team in these guys and customer service like this is pretty hard to find in Australia (unlike America where everyone is this way due to low wages). So my message to you would be treat em like gold because they are worth their weight in it for you as a business owner.I will also be doing a review of the guys at the Rutherford Eagles Plumbing because likewise they are equally as good.
