My partner and I had a wonderful experience with Jason in purchasing a bed frame and mattress. He was so knowledgeable, he spent a lot of time with us and listened to both of our wants and needs with plenty of laughs between. His customer service was something to be commended and we thank you for your kindness and patience with us in settling on the products that best suited our circumstances. You made our first bed frame and mattress buying so enjoyable and we can’t wait to see it in our new home. We will be coming to you for all of our future bedding purchases. Thank you so much!

AMAZING!! .. I would have to say the staff at Maroochydore store go out of there way to make sure your sleep is 100% guaranteed. I have a bad back and a frozen shoulder so comfort is a huge issue for me and also finding the right mattress. Mardi was unbelievable i had a few issues with my first purchase (bought from another store) as it wasn’t the right mattress or support, I had bought up this issue and within a week It was exchanged and I was sleeping on the right one ! thank you so much Mardi for your help and support to get me sleeping at night …this is a one stop shop you won’t be disappointed.

We walked into the store to buy two mattresses and have been quite choosy on what we were after.We were welcomed into the store and guided to what turned out to be the mattresses we were after.The manager was absolutely amazing.She was professional, friendly and helped to bring the price down which defiantly made our day.Thanks again. Jason and the team provided informative, open, honest and endearing customer service and communication from the start of walking into the Store. He was a great listener regarding what my husband and I were looking for in a bed set and mattress (even though my husband was not with me on the first occasion), and answered all my questions clearly, showcasing added details regarding bed sets I was interested in. He was not pushy or judgemental in his service communication, regarding our mattress budget (unlike other Stores I visited at the Homemaker Centre), and allowed me to try different mattress fits to find what best suited my sleep style, regardless of the price range, which was a wonderfully helpful option. Ultimately I brought my husband back to seal the deal and purchase a practical, comfortable bed set and mattress! As someone who works in retail service myself, it's great to have a high standard of professional, knowledgeable, friendly customer service!

We initially researched the mattress before visiting the store. Mardi, the manager, was very welcoming and showed us other options, allowing us to take our time laying on several. She was very personable and gave us helpful information about each mattress. There was no pressure to purchase and we were given a better price for each mattress than the sale price as it was part of the Boxing Day sales. We live regional so we knew delivery was extra. I highly recommend this store, the mattresses are great quality and the Manager very knowledgeable and friendly, and of course, we ended up buying the one we went in for!

I went in as a clueless male and the customer service was amazing. Very happy with the outcome and how I was treated that I decided to write a review which is not something I usually do.

Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. He quickly worked out what we were after and was very helpful with organising delivery. This is the second mattress I've purchased from Beds N Dreams, it's hard to go anywhere else!

The king bed frame we purchased from this store was from the previous owners of the business.But when we had structural issues with the bed in less than two years, the new owners just about tore Queensland apart looking for new components to repair it as the bedroom suite was discontinued.After finally finding the new side, both the husband and wife brought the part up after hours themselves and repaired the bed themselves.As the owner of my own business for more than thirty years, that is what I call real service.I should also point out that they kept up good communication with me at all times so we knew how it was progressing.I cannot recommend this husband and wife ream more highly.

What a fantastic experience I have had buying from the team at Maroochydore ! I cannot recall a time when I have received better or more friendly service. They go above and beyond and I highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates good value for money coupled with genuine assistance and authentic interest!
