I’ve used Bannershop for over a decade but over the past few years the prices have become uncompetitive and the level of service is constantly average and unreliable. My most recent job was a story of poor communication, commitments not delivered or followed up on and an unwillingness to honour the agreed timeline. There was silence when I initiated an explanation.

We have been using Bannershop for the last two years for events we stage. Their customer service has been excellent, with special mention to Raelene Keely from Internal Sales who has been outstanding. The quality of the end product and delivery time lines has always exceeded expectations. Well done!

Terrible workmanship - Twice sent damaged backdrop meaning our company director lost a lot business and was caused unnecessary embarrassment. They do not care about the customer, awful customer service, awful product - please avoid at all costs. Now waiting to see if they replace the second faulty set before I alter this review.

Had issues with the table cloth. See images. Because of this we have to make use with an old table cloth as the replacement would not arrive in time for the event.

I have been a customer of Bannershop since 2015 but the service has really gone downhill.We had an urgent order a that was submitted on the 8th June that required delivery by COB 13th June, emails have been ignored and I've been the one sending follow ups again and again... on the day of the 13th, I emailed twice with no reply asking for a tracking number, when I finally called I was told that the banners were only printed at 2pm and won't make it by COB - I had paid both an urgent fee and freight costs for a courier.The operator made no effort in fixing the solution apart from offering to get the banner delivered the next morning which was too late. I suggested that the people who made the mistake should take the banners in a car or Uber and get them out to the CBD asap as there was still a couple of hours before COB, but the onus was placed back on myself to organise an Uber as they can't do that".Having made a lot of referrals to Bannershop in the past
