Mahdi did a great job today fixing our oven. There was a two week wait given the busy time of year. But he came when he said he would, was very professional and efficient and our smeg oven is fixed in time for Christmas. Thank you!

Appreciate the honesty! Called up wanting my electric stovetop repaired, gave a quote over the phone and recommended I just buy a new one as it would be cheaper. He could have made a lot of money through labour and parts but I valued the advice.

Fantastic service- highly recommendWe were connected to Mahdi through the Miele service and repair as an authorised agent.I called him on Monday and he was able to fit our repair in on Tuesday afternoon which was fantastic.He called before arriving and was on time.He had our washer fixed in under 30 mins and even cleaned up.Will definitely call him again for any appliance repairs and service.Thanks again Mahdi.

I chased up Matthew multiple times over several days for a quote on a repair and he simply never got back to me. My brother had a good experience with him in the past which is why I persisted, but in the end, I went with another repairman.It's now been two weeks since I requested a quote and still haven't heard back anything.

Mahdi was professional and knowledgeable. He managed to find the required replacement part earlier than expected, even when Miele had a three to four-week turnaround. He was gentle with the equipment and regularly communicated with us regarding the arrival of parts, which were backlogged due to COVID.He was also pleasant to chat too. Thank you for your help.

Promptly attended to fix my Bosch dishwasher and did so quickly. We had a problem after he left but he came back that same day and rectified it, a simple fix.I’m very happy with the result and would recommend this company.
