Wonderful service!We went in Boxing Day as my son had been saving for a new phone for a while now and we were served by the Super Helpful Sam. He walked my son through the different options available within his budget. He was knowledgeable and spent the extra time to discuss what he needed. He even put on his screen protector as an added bonus at the end. Very impressed!

Their advertising gets you in the door but they don't have the stock. Website is less than accurate, too. Very frustrating experience at this store. Amazon is easier.

Came here to look for something that was in stock online.Staff kept us waiting for half an hour searching for it and told us sorry. Not here.I placed an order for click and collect and actually managed to get it.

It's a hi-fi store. What do you expect? Go in, shop for phones, tablets, videos, TVs, computers etc. That's why you go there. Right? Frankly, staff could do with a little more customer service training. We bought elsewhere because we liked the staff & service better.

The business hours staff here need to be replaced.I have walked out twice in the last week after staff not wanting to help sell thousands in high value stock and left me standing in the store waiting for them for over 20 mins.They weren’t busy, there were only two or three other customers in the store on both occasions but the staff felt it more important to stand around talking to each other or hiding out the back instead of making sales.Armfuls of product left because someone doesn’t want to bother to unlock a cabinet for an iPad or Apple Pencil.After hours service is normally great but during business hours, I go anywhere else now.

The girl who was serving at the counter was careless and rude.. Despite telling her that the item was on sale, she kept on refusing, didn't even agree after clicking a picture of the item that was listed on sale and asked me to wait near the aisle.. After 20mins as no one was bothered to come and ask what was happening i had to look for someone and later on the guy did assist me but was being defensive about the lady staff, with no apologies whatsoever from any of them.. literally had a bad experience at this branch..

The store has varieties of goods with great prices and many sale events. However, the store currently doesn’t have enough staff so the wait time to be attended is around 30mins.

Common trend of a JB Hi-Fi Aus wide is putting the chirpy humans with solid product knowledge on the floor to interact with customers in order to make the sale and place the gloomy ones behind the counter to deal with the payment. Welp, these were the gloomiest.
