Been using Kw auto for years, they have worked on all my cars and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. David has always been honest and professional.He’s been working on my slightly worked ute, and has done an amazing job of the build so far. From a full suspension upgrade, brake upgrades, and diagnosing issues from previous owners, kw auto does it all. I’d give 10/10 if I could.

Like others have said, there are not enough stars to rate the folks at KW. We literally broke down in front of their door 5 years ago. They stopped everything on a busy arvo to get us going while they ordered the new part. Years later I had an elderly lady that locked horns with my Ute and pulled off the bottom right bumper of her new car. I sent her to KW, they examined it, fixed it, sent her to an autobody shop for a second opinion, and she was on her way. Price: $0.00

I could not rate David and the team at KW Autos enough. I took my car to them about 6 years ago as im a fan of Repco dealers. The guys could not be more comforting, i have taken my car there since then and have not had on issue with the work or service. From emergencies, to planned services the team at KW Auto have always made time for me. Do your car a favour and take it to David.

I have been going to see David and his team for years. I have found him always to be extremley honest with me, only the necessary work has needed to be carried out and when I pick up my car there are no little extra costs that I wasnt prepared for. If something is found and urgent he will call before hand to get the okay to fix it. Highly recommend David and Loralie and their team.

the rear axle seals were leaking oil. they were repaired june 2021 .i found they were leaking again so kw tried again mid december .the leak was worse and the job done a third time at the end of january 2022 . i did not have to pay for the second and third attempts .the leaking continued , but worse .david at kw offered to try again but i thought that would be a dumb thing to do and a waste of time ( it takes nearly all day ) .i now know of a decent mechanic ( who gave me one seal back that had been damaged and had not been put on the axle properly )

Spoke to David for a quote over the phone , out of about 10 other mechanics I’ve called unfortunately David was the cockiest sounding guy who didn’t seem to have the time for good customer service and was only too happy to get me off the phone. He quoted $300 above the average cost that other mechanics have quoted for my vehicle service around Cairns. Just by the attitude on the phone I’m glad I’m not sending my car there. Perhaps work on that David. Customers keep you in business. Save the phone call folks, shop elsewhere.

Great customer service right from start to finish. Price was competitive & actually came out a bit cheaper on payment (that's so rare but also so nice to have happened). Job was completed early also, fantastic. I would strongly recommend this company. The end result is a quiet comfortable ride. Very happy.

Spent $1,895 on a repair, two days later all the warning lights came on, took the car in as was treated like s$%t and when I found a decent shop they took 2 minutes to diagnose the problem. When I went back he literally threw the keys at me. Whatever you do, do not use them.
