Great job by Brad and the team, although the part I needed took a long time to come at no fault of their own, they got the job done quickly once it arrived, also got a full service done too. Good friendly, reliable and honest, nothing is ever too much, always happy to help, will be going back for my regular servicing in the future. Would highly recommend.

Worst treatment from anybody in the industry in 26 years of having my vehicles worked on. Words can't even describe how bad the service was. Brad was rude, short, unhelpful and disinterested in providing good service. I was told numerous times that he didn't have time to look at my vehicle because he was too busy doing paid work" but still charged me $175 for achieving absolutely nothing over the space of a week.I'm happy to pay for a tradies time when they are devoting time to my job

Been using BNW for many years and found them very good to deal with and try their hardest to do the right thing for the client. Looked after our X3 BMW wagon and kept it in top condition even though it had done 200,000 klms

First off I wanna say a big thank you to Brad. Although I have not yet been to Ur shop to have my car looked at as yet. I was referred to U by one of you life long time customers ivan.but when I rang you up yesterday you heard me dripping my worst night mare of a day. Brad U took time out of Ur busy schedule to speak with me on the phone because my new car I've only owned a few hours broke down. You even offered to again take time out of Ur busy schedule to leave Ur shop and pop by my house today to have a quick look and diagnose my car. Myself and my family just want to say thank you. you truely go beyond and above for Ur customers. I will be in contact with you today kind sir.
