I booked a table for my sons birthday dinner. It all started with making a booking. Tried to ring multiple times during the week, and wad hung up on 3 seoarate times. I then tried the online system and had to make 2 separate bookings because it wouldn't let me book for enough people. We arrived at 530pm, and ordered just after 6pm. We waited 25mins for just garlic bread to arrive, another 40mins for kids meals to arrive (plain chips, spag bol, and 1 meal missed completely). The last 2 orders made for our table arrived next, with 7 people still waiting. Twice we had to chase up with the kitchen, and twice we were told it's coming. On the 3rd chase up with the kitchen, we were told 1 meal has been delivered, but to the wrong table. Small saving grace, they plated that meal up immediately. The rest of the meals staggered out slowly. Multiple meals arrived luke warm, 1 arrived not even cooked properly and they didn't bother to bring a replacement. We complained about the service, or lack thereof, and their response was to tell us there was nothing they would do and then security approached. They offered a refund for the one meal they didn't cook properly or bother to replace. As a group, we spent $300 or there abouts, and to say we are disgusted is putting it politely. Never eating there again, as it seems they spent alot renovating the looks, but traded out on service. Utterly disappointed.

Came down to have a crack at their new menu and wasn't disappointed. Dumplings and bourbon brisket were melt in your mouth stuff. Will be back for more

Food is pretty good. Staff are great. Music is deafening thoughI'm sitting here currently, trying to enjoy a nice Sunday lunch with my family that I only get to see once a year and I can't hear myself think. The noise is absolutely insane. No need to crank it that bloody loud.Watched a whole table walk out 2 minutes after the music started because it's so loud

I booked for a large party (>10) several days in advance on the website via the “book now” button after no one answered the phone, but did not receive any confirmation correspondence from Hotel Elermore. When I rang up the day of to double check the booking the the staff stated that the booking did not exist and implied that the website should not be used for bookings despite it literally being on their own website. The staff were unhelpful and unaccommodating, despite it being their system’s error, and ultimately just said we’d have to walk in but then openly admitted we wouldn’t be seated and hung up very promptly. Overall a terrible experience.

Came here for dinner without a reservation with my partner. Ordered at the table via the app.Took 6 minutes from the time we ordered til our meals arrived.Service staff were very prompt and helpful. Both our meals were hot, fresh and tasty. A great experience overall.

Lovely pub with modern decor.I love how the seating area was spaced out and not super close together.Food wise, it was ok - not the best I’ve ever had but pretty standard for a pub feed.One small thing to complain about was when asking the server for some table water she told me to go to the bar and ask for it instead of bring it to our table. Nothing major but small gestures like that would make the experience even better.

I’ve been a few times.. the food is always tasty. I had the garlic creamy schnitzel topper and was impressed. I love a good pub meal. The garlic wasn’t too strong or bland it was just perfect!! The service is amazing. I had my child with me and the waitress was really lovely towards her getting her colouring in and a Band-Aid when she asked for one. Will be back to try more of the menu because theirs some tasty sounding dishes on there!

Great food & amazing staff. Nick went above & beyond to sing happy birthday to one of our guests which made our night! The environment is unreal, staff are always super friendly & the live music is always really good as well.

The staff are very friendly and approachable, they brought my little girls activity bags as soon as we sat down which they loved! Play area is a heaven send for us parents. Awesome large screens for the sport and the place is very clean and tidy!
