Sam's Removals did a great job. Their team was friendly and relocated my furniture to the new place happily. They happily accommodated my problem with changing the date and were on time with the delivery. Very pleased with the service.

Although the guys were friendly and efficient you need to watch what they charge you, there is a $100 fuel levy, I don't think they used $100 worth of fuel, plus the rate of $120, is misleading as it doesn't include GST and you're aren't told that. They charged me three hours travel time, which I think is way too much so for two hours actual moving it cost me $640, very expensive and I'm disappointed in the cost

Well, i would say Sams Removals is the best movers i ever used. Moved my 4 bedroom house from Ormond to Chelsea, boys wrapped everything properly, stacked like a Tetris and no damage at all. Though they took half an hour extra as return to base charge but that sounds fair on the hard work they have done.

Their team of packers & movers was highly professional. They were quick in disassembling and assembling the furniture. The team totally understood the challenges I was facing during the house relocation and was very empathetic towards me. The overall technique and attitude was excellent. I will definitely recommend this company if you are planning to move to another place.
