Bunnings Seven Hills

Terrible customer serviceTags are not allocated in most of the outdoor pots and stands. I have to wait 10 minutes for the two staff members to find out the price. I had to ask 1 of the staff members to go and grab the tag from where I picked up the item while the other staff member was searching on the machine. I was about to be charged more than the tag says. The staff members are very slow and inefficient.Bunnings in Seven Hills used to have more helpful and knowledgeable people, but now it is decreasing its customer service. It is a Shame!The cashier and staff members did not even apologise for the inconvenience.

This is my local Bunnings. I always go to Seven Hills Bunnings for all my needs for work or around the house. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Lots of parking undercover with lots of access to the store. I mostly look online to see if my item or product is available. It makes it so much easier when I get to the store.

You have the worst front door boy ever! He’s the worst I’ve ever encountered in all Bunnings stores. I went today (12 May 2023 - 4:00 PM) asked the boy with a mullet hair what aisle the clocks are, he said probably in home wares section. I said can’t you check in your little dongle, he said no! I said ok I’ll find it myself! I will just Google it myself. If that’s what we have to do when asking staff better not employ them and put signage’s “Looking for something? Google it and visit our website!” Useless! He’s not even checking receipts when people going out! Someone pinch something!

The two female staff at the front desk are very very rude and will treat you with utter disrespect. They make it painfully difficult for you to get a simple billing done and will ask ridiculous questions which don't even make logical sense. I would strongly NOT recommend this store. Go to castle hill or rouse hill, they are kind and helpful!

Very rude service desk staff. “Maddie” was extremely disrespectful and throwing items at my elderly parents once she scanned them. Very reluctant to help and rescan the items that my parents had to return and repurchase due to the mistake of the cashier earlier. Cashier told them to go to service desk to have it fixed…. Rather than being apologetic/acknowledge the mistake done by Bunnings she acted out of arrogance and disrespect… very ignorant and rude with them…. What has happened to Bunnings’ culture? Educate your staff about customer service… very disappointed with the service received.

Always been great, however cannot go back here. paid for my things and there was an extra on my pram that was not hidden but missed when paying I had an upset baby,I was pulled aside by two very aggressive men. They stood over me and accused me of stealing. I showed them what I had and my receipt. They wanted all of my pram emptied. When I saw the item, I was very apologetic and embarrassed and said I was more than happy to pay. They were very aggressive took my id and took me inside making me sign paperwork and told me they were taking me into some type of room.I was extremely anxious and didn't know who these people were they weren't police. My baby was upset and I was in a panic. I'd never been in a situation like this. I was told I could go. I still wanted the product and I purchased after the man had taken it from me.They let me go but I was so shaken by the whole ordeal.A worker from bunnings who was going down the elevator walked me to the car and made sure I didn't drive until I had spoken to someone and calmed. Horrible Horrible experience.Called to make a complaint about my treatment. Heard nothing back.

A well stocked store with plenty of item available here at one place. Staff service is okay because sometime it become hard to find staff but staff is helpful. Overall store experience was good. I highly recommend this place

After 23 years of going to Sevenhills Bunnings, I have never been treated so badly by 2 customer service attendance both named James and Mark, and after tempting to making a complaint to the manager I was fobbed off . I will never ever go to Bunnings ever again if I could give half a star, I wouldOff to mitre 10 I go
