It says you don't need to book for xray. WRONG there is not walk in. You will end up waiting for a long long long time. Staff are very friendly but they are very busy so be nice to them.

Terrible customer service. I was running 9 minutes late for my pelvic ultrasound for a suspected ovarian cyst and they cancelled my appointment. I called ahead to say I would be late and they said that was fine - then called back to say dont bother coming when I was already there. They then refused to fit me in that day. I’ve never had this issue with PRP Imaging - they are always extremely accommodating. Sometimes things like traffic or pulling over to throw up because your very unwell happens.

Most times I'm usually late because of my disability.I have CRPS,chronic pain in my ankle n a busted disc in my lower back.My foot refuses to walk sometimes,even tho I'm ready my legs go numb so can't drive n so on.The staff are always kind n friendly.Now if I can't get there on time,I cancel n make another appointment.Thankyou I Med for your patience.

Poor service. Not only was the ultrasound lady rough and hurt me doing a scan which should not hurt as I've had plenty. She also showed us the gender when I clearly stated we were not finding out.

I had my first Ultrasound today ,the lady was so rude and made me feel like i was an inconvenience the entire time i was there! This was supposed to be a special moment for me and my partner and it was completely ruined by her poor service and bad customer skills.
