The quality and speed was exceptional. We built our first home with Q Coast Homes in 2016. We moved in July 2016 and we've been living in our home for one year now. Darryl and Ingrid made us feel so comfortable throughout the build we have nothing but such great appreciation for what they have built us and given us. The quality of our home is such a high standard we still pinch ourselves every day. I would recommend Q Coast Homes to anyone looking to build a QUALITY HOME. P.S Tony Mercer the Project Manager was also exceptional to work with. He gave us site tours during the build and communicated regularly with us.

Purchased a display a home from Darryl and entered into a 2 year leaseback agreementCOVID hit in 2020 and rent was placed on freeze for 6 monthsOn completion of the lease, no further rental payments were made and 6 months rent is still owingHighly unprofessional. Dodging calls and not responding to emails
