One of the workers was not wearing a mask and kept standing ridiculously close to me, not social distancing at all. It made me extremely uncomfortable especially because the worker had a cough too…then boom, a couple days later both me and my partner have COVID. Seems a bit suspicious to me when we have been so careful the last 2 years. Do better Furla.

Very disappointed with Furla policy and their slow customer service!! I bought a clutch turns out it doesn’t fit all my things inside. So the next day I went to check if I could get refund or exchange to a bigger clutch but I already bought the largest one there, so there is nothing I want, the supervisor I spoke to cannot make any decision but ask me to exchange but there is nothing I want. He told me he will call me back after the head office have made their decision as it was a Sunday. I went away, and today is the third day I finally hear something from the store manager in emporium- still the same thing exchange, I want a store credit note then I can buy another clutch when the new season is out. She cannot make decision too then why is there a manager in the store for?? Very stressful talking to her and I explain they don’t have a bigger clutch on this range- give me credit note. The money is paid into the shop already I want to get something in one two three months maybe. Why is it that hard to do!! I will tell all my friends and family never to go Furla, Furla do not need managers they cannot make decision in the shop! Useless

Excellent service and excellent price. Had an issue with a Furla bag so I brought the bag to this store. The store manager Hanna was so helpful in fixing the issue. Her service along with the great quality bags will have me coming back again. Thank you Hanna!!

Bought myself a bag here today and the customer service was amazing ! Sunny was accomodating and friendly and allowed me to choose my bag in my own time while recommending styles that suited my needs. We had a great conversation(she speaks English and Thai) and ultimately I got the bag i wanted for a fantastic price! Thank you Sunny I will definitely be back in the future for another new bag !
