Macarthur Natural Health Clinic

I have only ever had remealde massage therapy there. Kate one of the therapists is by far the BEST in the business, she has helped me so much in the past and continues to assist me again in another hurdle that im facing!! The reception stuff are always so nice.!! I've actually reluctantly held off doing this review as it's hard enough to get a booking with her and when someone is so good at what they do, you try to keep that to yourself.

I use the Chiropractor here and he's fantastic,Jake has helped my back problem and as a bonus that in turn has helped my foot problems.But in saying this I am baseing this on my own back and feet problems.My Husband also sees Jake and he is also happy with his treatments.Plus he has back massages from the massuse and is very happy with the results.All the staff at this business are very friendly and helpful and the practice is spotlessly clean.I have also sent my family and friends to see the various staff that practice on site.10/10

Very bad experience.I spoke to one of the receptionist and strictly asked to see someone to get an exercise plan, the receptionist didn't know her job and adviced me to see anyone. When I made a booking with Jin and I came in for the appointment I repeated myself and strictly told Nicholas (who is the owner of the company) that I mainly want an exercise plan to help me with my bad posture, he was fine that I were to continue to see Jin. When I finally saw and spoke to Jin he told me that he wasn't the right person to speak to but I would need to speak to Joel instead who is the correct person to see. They made me waste my time and my money for a result that I didn't go in for.Nicholas then called me and rejected what I said to him, he banned me and wanted me to go somewhere else.It is also very expensive and only spend about 30mins to see someone. I used a different company in the past and I had much better experience.No replies or comments will change what I wrote.Absolute disgrace to see this company operating amongst the Australian people.

The team at MacArthur natural health are simply amazing from the lovely ladies on the front desk to the massage therapists and the chiropractors. Nick and Athena have built a perfect culture and atmosphere and very welcoming

Thank you to Jin and Jake for my adjustments. Walked in on Monday with the worst neck pains EVER & could hardly move. 2 days on and 2 appointments and feeling so much better!You guys are the absolute best!!!!

Always great service, friendly and accomodating. Big thanks to Nicholas, Serina, Emma and Jake. I recently attend for a massage and was in pain with my hip and they were so accommodating that I got to see Jake right after the massage. Staff are friendly and welcoming you don’t feel like a number. Always recommend Macarthur Natural Health without hesitation. Thanks guys

Would highly recommend this practice! All staff are very friendly and accommodating, from calling to make an appointment right up until I paid and left. Emma did an excellent job in helping to massage out some scar tissue I have. I'll definitely be coming back in the future.
