Brilliant service for all of the people working on the 12th November 2021 thank you so much for the service my daughter and I and then her ex boss who turned up and brought a whole cot set for her. We have purchased everything from there so far and can not fault them. Except one of them wished they had more stock as we have spent over $2.500 that day and have to wait 3-4 weeks for the chair and cot set to come from Melbourne and Townsville has a shipping port. Now that would make Townsville Baby Buntings top rate. And to another lady that works there Trish who helped me over the phone to buy a Co Sleeper such great service. Thanks again

Eric at Baby Bunting Townsville was one of the most helpful sales assistant my sister and I have ever had. He was very knowledgeable on the products sold at Baby Bunting especially car seats and prams. He helped us find everything we needed and deserves to be paid commission!

My Wife and I had an amazing time at Baby Bunting today. The Lady who installs the car seats was amazingly helpful in picking one out, going through all the the options, installation and how to use the car seat. We had another wonderful experience with a different Lady in the Prams area and can highly recommend getting a car seat, pram and getting the car seat installed here. We'll be back for sure.

Went to the register, gave my Wife's number for our account as always we have credits from a New pram I purchased last week, I didn't ask to use them but she proceeded to confront me fiercely stating I couldn't use them... I didn't argue I blankly said, I don't care about the points I'm buying this for my son giving the details of our account that you asked me for...She proceeded to State you can get charged for using her account

Dave was excellent, answered all our questions about the stroller we were interested in. Checking stock and helping make the purchase all that much easier.Including shipping the order to our preferred address. Great service and all round super helpful. Would highly recommend!

I bought practically everything for my newborn son from here. The staff were always helpful, remembered from after my first visit and quality of their items is good. They also have nice promotions on occasion so you buy a carseat and have it professionally fitted. To really get value though, you need to sign up for their email newsletter. Then you know when the bargains are available.

Friendly team inside the store and at the back dock where you go pick up your items too!

I wouldn't recommend buying any technology from here. All issues get referred to the manufacturer, which for Kodak is particularly bad with a different time zone and slow communication. We've been left for over a week over Christmas without a working monitor for an issue that fairly obviously will result in a replacement.I'd probably only shop here again for consumable and cheap items.

Eric and Nikita were amazing and so helpful to us today as first time parents with lots of questions!
