I paid these guys thousands of dollars in five digits for a project years ago with little or no issues. Recently i thought i would go back and get another project rolling. I have been waiting for a quote for 5 weeks. Called them four times with no reply. I have given the job to some other diligent and competent company. Never again with walco. Pull your socks up guys.

It was my first time ever calling this company about an order that was placed by my husband. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude! She answered me bluntly and just wanted to get Off the phone. We were told our order would take 5-10 working days and its now passed that and we haven't got our order. I would never recommend anyone to their company and I will never go back there again. Disgusting!

Very bad service, never calls back. They have done all windows from our building and they are not showing up to fix the problems which they left behind.Don't use them!!!

Terrible quality windows and doors. Window lock broke DURING installation and still waiting for replacement 2 months later. Sliding door lock broke within a week of being installed… still waiting for that to be fixed as well. Also, during the project the delivered the wrong door (weeks late) and then had to come back out to pick up the wrong door and replaced it with the low-quality one you see in the picture.

Absolutely rubbish, I'm convinced their employees aren't qualified. The work is of the lowest grade, their product is cheap, and they cut corners any way they can. They are the cheapest for a reason.

Absolutely horrible - had to use this company for convenience during my new build and am reaping the consequences now. Installers cut so many corners and are completely driven by what is convenient for them. I have had multiple leaks through windows because of it. Quality of the aluminium just as poor. Highly do NOT recommend.

This organization is full of lies with no proper management. They made me pay in full prior to delivery without the proper service I asked for. Its been months and yet nothing, promises are made every time I ring only to be lied to again. If you want heart ache and lied to , this the company to contract with.

The most unprofessional company you can deal withI had them installed the windows at my place through my builderThey had some defects which I believe was easy to deal withThey promised to come three times but they never show up and neither call for cancellationI believe you would better find somebody else even if they dearer
