As a buyer in a recent purchase, Paul is is a cut above the rest of the agents out there. I think the good times have caused many agents to loose sight of the importance of having buyers, as well as sellers. We will be using Paul in the future when selling, because he does what is good for the seller, which is looking after the buyers also.
