Staff here are excellent. I went to ER in some pretty severe pain. I didn't have to wait long at all. I was really well looked after. Ended up having to be admitted and had the same excellent experience with the staff on the ward. Left there a hell of a lot better than when I first went in.

Waited over 3 hours with mum who had a rash and still didnt sesee a doctor easnt imprtant enoughsasdoctor. Nurse on counter wasn't helpf

Potential broken rib and in pain, was given drugs and told to wait for an X-ray. 3 hours later was delivered to X-ray where they went to X-ray my arm. Then waited another hour for results only to have someone come and ask to take me to X-ray again. Seriously!

I was seen by Dr Ashar who was just lovely and informative about my emergency. The nurse who triaged me was also very lovely. I did wait over 3 hours which is why I am putting 3 stars. This was on a Saturday at lunch time.Thank you

More than 6 hours in Ed and not offered even water.Waited 5.5 hours for an X-ray that was clearly needed at triage and delayed treatment.Virtually no staff interaction.Only one set of vital signs in 6 hours.

Fantastic experience within maternity, even during covid. Partners were not alienated/pushed out throughout the stay. Would highly recommend as a hospital to give birth in, especially during covid times. We were treated like humans and not a walking virus. Best experience.

I was in the emergency department for trouble breathing by ambulance, and after being in there for a bit I ask for wheelchair as I felt really dizzy and rude nurse says ohh u can walk! And then later off for no reason I get told for using the wrong toilet in the wrong area! She was nothing but downright rude it’s just Absolutely disgusting way to be spoken to when I was nothing but nice to them don’t understand why this happened or the needs for it to even happen

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER … hard to believe that how one can sit in pain for hours waiting desperately to be seen by doctor in an emergency…. Then whats the meaning of emergency when you can’t serve patients…who likes to get up at night & go to hospital but it was itself pain sitting there & watching others crying & waiting while you’re in a same boat
