Over very many years of excellent customer service at this store, yesterday was a standout! I must thank everyone in the team for rescuing the situation: a broken bar fridge, still under warranty, with airbnb guests due. What to do? The answer: call Harvey Norman and explain. The result: friendly and efficient arrangements made, two guys arrived, well before the expected guests, and installed new fridge and removed broken one. All with no fuss and much goodwill!!Such a relief - many thanks and always top of my list when shopping in the Southern Highlands.

Staff at the back doc were rude and unprofessional. Click & collect app was useless. All the customer parking for collection appeared to be full of staff vehicles. Never again.
