Requested a quote on having cabinets restored by email. After a week or so of no response I rang to check how things were going. Was told he had been 'under the pump & would get back that day'. No problem. No response a week later so I informed that I was disappointed with lack of reply & would go with someone else. Got a passive aggressive response containing information about his personal issues instead. Not necessary & very unprofessional.
