Impressive customer service and product

Fantastic customer service and speedy delivery.

Unfortunately this is a company that cannot seem to deliver. Having lost business due to their incompetence, it seems that there is more focus on internal politics than customer service, quality and reliability. After several further meetings with the owner who promised to make good for their mistakes and offer financial assistance to recover a project, the owner is now MIA, and trying to charge twice for two panels for a client now completely offside with this. A promise of salvaging the project has now become double the price and a seven week lead time from four weeks, making a grand total of 24 weeks of wait time, twice the cost and no communication, from a company that simply cannot be trusted. From bad to worse, Acoufelt are a complete failure.
