Went for Buffet, staff were extremely rude.. paid full price $113 for 4 adults and 1 child, instant coffee included in that price, Barista coffee is extra. No white bread, scrambled eggs tastes weird, they had eggs to order which was a good thing though.

I ate at Parklake 3 nights in a row for dinner due to being away for work. I was very impressed with their lovely menu. The sticky date pudding is worth a try, and the gorgeous Victoria park over the road is very scenic.

Extremely Disappointing. Our 40th wedding anniversary. Called and reserved a table overlooking the lake. Arrived and was given a table overlooking the hotel driveway. Other people were seated at our table. Pointed this out. No apology. Just excuses. We were so upset we had drinks and no meal. Afterwards we paid, $42 for our bottle of bubbly, expressed our considerable disappointment. No apology. Again just excuses. We were long time patrons, but at this stage will never return. Poorly trained staff. Disappointing all round.

Dined for dinner with a large car club & we also had a number of rooms booked. I ordered the lamb shoulder & french martini cocktail & they were both tasty. Service friendly. Would visit & stay again if in the area.

Very noisy, disappointing service/lack of. Nobody came to take out plates or ask if we wanted another drink. We waited for awhile and tried to get a waitresses attention because we wanted dessert but got tired of waiting. Paid and left.

Very disappointing. We drove 2 hours to have lunch here. Arrived at 1pm, there was no rice/ risotto left, no pasta, no prawns, no mash, no sauce for the barramundi, and no interest from the staff. Food took ages to arrive, and before we could finish, we were told that the bar would be closing.We asked for coffee and were told we had to have it NOW. Staff were curt in manner and lacking service skills. We won't hurry back.

We were disappointed by our lunch experience -though the Management followed up very quickly and committed to resolve the situation -including new menu and improving on staff culture. Great to see a business being so responsive. We are prepared to give it another try.

Good place for good and drinks. Limited selection but good quality. Firendly staff but can seem a bit disoriented. Clean and warm environment. A bit pub like atmosphere due to the decor.
